Activate the emergency mode to automatically alert others with your location.
Panic SMS(BETA) is an emergency app. This app will send SMS to up to three contacts, and call a preset number in the Settings Page in case of an emergency. Users can press the power button four times in the interval of 5 seconds (to light the device screen on and off) to initiate Emergency mode. The application will keep sending the text messages to the contacts stored until the user has deactivated the emergency mode.
The app will automatically get the GPS coordinates of the phone and send an SMS containing a Google Maps url for the GPS coordinates. If Internet is available, the SMS will also contain the approximate location of the phone and thus the person in need of help.
