Currently the app features the following :

- Now whenever you are in trouble ''WITHOUT OPENING THE APP'' call Women Helpline, SMS map location to 5 emergency contacts, raise an alarm and record a video. All the safety features just by pressing power button 4 times when Helping Hands app is open/close and when the phone is locked.

- Search for Helplines even when your device is NOT CONNECTED to the INTERNET. So no data charges would apply.

- Added emergency contact feature where you can send your map location(hardware dependant) to 5 contacts via sms when in trouble.

- Select 5 Emergency Contacts right from your phone book.

- Added support for sharing helplines with friends and family directly from the app.

- Special alarm/buzzer which plays loudly to inform people nearby about the trouble around you or when there is no good network.

- Search helplines on the basis of helpline category.

- Goverment services Helplines, Women Helpline, Health Care Helplines, Banking Helplines, Telecom Helplines, Cabs, Blood Banks, Hospitals, Airlines, NGO's, Tourism, LPG operators, Electricity Boards, Night Help (Food Delivery, Chemists), Animal Helplines, etc.

- Search the helpline based on Name/Number/Region.

- Currently offering state based and national helplines.

- If you have a number you can submit us the details and after admin approval we will add it to the app.

- If you think there is some helpline you need which is missing, do write us through the app and we will add it for you.

- You can add frequent or most used helplines as favourites so that you need not search for them every time you want to use them.

- The app locates your map location and shows you relevant helplines based on your current region.

- You can now rate the app directly from the app.
